Anyone who thinks a face transplant is a news story is clearly living in a cave. Face/Off came out 8 years ago, people. Word of wisdom: might want to tell somebody other than the top secret folks at work who can later be easily wiped out that you are planning on exchanging identities with the most-wanted criminal in the country.
